Delivery Details

Boxed Orders We offer free delivery as standard on all boxed trade orders over the value of £200. Orders less than £200 are subject to a £4.99 delivery charge.

Pallet Orders Some of our larger items require delivery on a pallet no matter the value of the order. To arrange a pallet delivery, please speak to a member of the LED Hut team.


Returns Information

1. Can I return my order?

Please see below for cut off dates for returning unwanted, damaged or faulty items. To begin the returns process, please email janis.horton@ledhut.co.uk with information about the items you would like to return. Please ensure photographs are attached for any faulty goods.

We will then be in touch to authorise your return and provide information of the next steps.

Unwanted items - 14 days from date of receiving the goods. £10 admin charge for anything unwanted past this date (this will be deducted from a credit, not charged directly from the account).
Damaged on arrival - 2 days from date of receiving the goods – please provide images.
Shortages - 2 days from date of receiving the goods.
Faulty - Warranty dependant - please provide images.

2. What if I am past the cut off date?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns past the cut off dates advise above. Any unauthorised returns will be subject to a £10 administration charge.

3. What is the returns process?

1) Email janis.horton@ledhut.co.uk with information about the items you would like to return. Please include your order and account number, SKU of the item you would like to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return.
2) A member of our team will be in contact within 2 working days to authorise the return and provide an authorisation number & returns slip.
3) Once you have received authorisation, please package your return up to be delivered back to us.
4) We will then process your return in exchange for a credit to your account or send a replacement.

Important: Please be sure to include your returns slip so we can identify your parcel upon arrival to our warehouse.

4. What information do I need to return my items?

To return an order you will need to provide your account number, order number, item code and a description of the issues you have along with photographic evidence for any damaged or faulty items. You can find all order and account information on your invoice.

Important: We cannot accept any returns for damaged or faulty items without supporting evidence

5. Who covers postage costs?

If you are returning a faulty or incorrectly sent item then we will cover all costs to return the goods. We are more than happy to arrange for the goods to be collected by one of our carriers at a suitable time for you.

We do not cover any postage costs for the return of unwanted items.
